We will be pleased to speak with social workers or any person involved with the responsibility of identifying a placement for a young person. Informal enquires are welcome.
The maximum potential of any placement depends on sharing as much information as possible and all involved individuals meeting together to develop plans. We also believe that it is important for parents and young people to be actively involved in the decision making process.
The pace of each referral depends on the quality of information shared. It is important to ensure that a clear plan is determined. We are also interested in discussing how we can arrange unique packages of support.

Using Talking Mats to set literacy targets
- We will keep in close contact and nominate a named manager to lead any referral or enquiry.
- The management group meet weekly to review current referrals, explore needs and determine the placement that we can provide
- Age range – 10 years old to 18 years old. We can provide placements for boys and girls.
- We do not take emergency admissions, however we can respond promptly and arrange a planned start.
- The current situation relating to vacancies is reported on the news page
- Fee rates vary according to the level of service and support required. More information in Choice of services.
- We also work with young people where the decision is enforced by a Children’s Panel; as long as we consider the placement will be a positive and enriching experience and provide the appropriate environment for change.
