In addition to education and care reviews, there are regular Focus Group meetings for each young person. These multi-disciplinary meetings allow time for reflection and discussion about young people’s needs and progress.
These meetings provide the forum for referral to the in-house or wider therapeutic team. They also set targets, monitor and record the impact of interventions.
