Working at Starley Hall

Starley Hall is committed to providing the highest level of care and education to the young people we look after. Protecting them from harm and providing them with a safe, nurturing and therapeutic environment is of paramount importance.

It is therefore vital that our recruitment procedures meet all the requirements contained in the existing regulatory and legal frameworks. We endeavour to meet the requirements outlined, but also work within the principle of continuous improvement, striving to evaluate and develop our procedures to ensure the highest standards are achieved.

We believe that it is imperative that the adults caring for our children and young people feel valued, and supported at work, particularly during times of increased stress when children may be presenting trauma-based behaviours.
